Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists for a fully remote hourly contract. You will label, rate, and evaluate AI outputs across text, image, and audio formats, following detailed guidelines to train AI systems.

What You'll Do

• Complete structured tasks that directly train AI systems to become more accurate, helpful, and reliable
• Label, classify, and rate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats
• Evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, tone, and consistency
• Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics tailored to each task type
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all assignments
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow instructions precisely
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own time and workload
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
• Reliable and consistent in delivering quality work
• No prior AI or technical background required

Nice to Have

• Experience in content moderation, quality assurance, research, or writing
• Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an end user
• Background in evaluation, editing, or analytical roles
