Job summary

Syneos Health in Turkey is seeking a Sr CRA II to oversee Phase I oncology studies within a Functional Service Provider setup. This homebased role emphasizes remote monitoring, site qualification, and close collaboration with project teams to ensure protocol compliance.

You will verify consent, review source documents, manage data quality, and support audit readiness while traveling up to 75% when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) / ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (onsite or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice (GPP) and protocol compliance.
Verifies the process of obtaining informed consent and protects subject confidentiality; assesses factors affecting safety and data integrity.
Reviews ISF/TMF, ensures archiving and training; drives query resolution and data accuracy.
May handle IP inventory, labeling, storage and release; ensures IP is dispensed per protocol.
Prepares for Investigator Meetings and supports audit readiness; contributes to training and site support.
