RWS TrainAI is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors for a Bosnian speech data collection project. This remote, freelance role supports evaluation and development of next‑generation AI technologies.

Start date is immediate, with flexible task-based hours (approximately 2–4 hours daily). You will record, annotate, and provide metadata for natural speech, helping improve speech recognition and conversational AI.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Bosnian.
• Advanced level of English to understand written instructions.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Record or collect natural, spontaneous speech in accordance with project guidelines.
• Participate in or capture speech from approved real-life situations, such as workplace conversations or casual one-on-one discussions.
• Complete individual or two-person conversational speech tasks, or interact with AI/machine systems for voice or voice-text tasks.
• Annotate collected speech data according to provided instructions.
• Provide required information and metadata related to each recording.
