Pasiflora AI LLC is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to quality-check transcripts of pre-recorded customer service conversations for an AI data project. You will correct transcripts, verify that the agent followed policy rules, and decide whether items are ready for delivery or should be escalated.

This is a fully remote, part-time role suitable for a global team. Ideal candidates have strong English, transcription or annotation experience, and a proven ability to document issues clearly.

Formación

• Fluent English (C1–C2) and can follow a normal conversation in audio.
• Experience in AI data training or AI data preparation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with audio transcription, annotation, or transcript correction.
• Able to apply policy rules consistently and document or flag issues clearly.
• Quality assurance or quality control experience (preferred).
• Able to commit to and reliably meet an agreed part-time schedule.

This is part-time, remote work. Success looks like consistently accurate transcripts, reliable policy checks, and clear escalation of anything questionable.

Open worldwide, except applicants located in Africa or in sanctioned countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria).
