We offer a fully remote position in Turkey with a USD base salary and ongoing training. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in auditing or accounting, strong English, and experience with US systems and cross-border

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years in auditing, accounting, or tax.
• Experience leading fieldwork or supervising staff.
• Proficient in US GAAP and IFRS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new audit clients with clear workflows.
• Perform risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, and workpaper prep.
• Use company software for audit, reporting, and compliance tasks.
• Prepare audit schedules, letters, reconciliations, and documentation.
