DrBalcony is seeking a creative content producer to develop 10–15 original concepts daily from manager briefs, delivering hooks, scripts and raw captures. You may appear on camera or provide voiceover, using AI tools to craft engaging content that avoids looking AI-produced.

You will work remotely with a fast-moving template system, bringing fresh format ideas and turning technical material into compelling content for property managers.

Qualifications

• You run your own channel(s). Share handles and growth proof.
• 3+ years creating short-form content with organic growth.
• Explain why one video performed for high views and another did not.
• Native-level English on camera and in writing; US audience focus.
• Comfortable on camera or strong voiceover performer.

Responsibilities

• Produce 10–15 original concepts per day from manager briefs, including hook, script, and capture.
• Write hooks that survive the first 1.5 seconds and capture attention.
• Appear on camera and/or deliver voiceover for various formats.
• Use AI tools to generate content that doesn’t look AI-produced.
• Self-serve from the editor's template library to produce variants at volume.
• Bring fresh format ideas and be close to platform trends.
• Turn dry material into engaging content for property managers.
