Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking an AI Trainer Lead for a remote, contract engagement. You will guide model learning by evaluating AI outputs, annotating data, and refining rubrics to improve accuracy across business, finance, marketing, healthcare, and legal domains.

You will work independently, deliver actionable feedback, collaborate with the client’s team to interpret guidelines, and document findings with precise records.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data annotation.
• Strong critical reading and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience evaluating large volumes of content against detailed criteria.
• Experience with AI training/data annotation is valued.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and score AI-generated answers using rubrics and metrics.
• Annotate and categorize data sets to improve model accuracy.
• Review content for relevance, coherence, and factual accuracy.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to inform model improvements.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to interpret guidelines and refine rubrics.
• Document findings and maintain meticulous records of annotations and evaluations.
• Engage in critical reading of topics from business to legal domains.
