Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists for a fully remote hourly contract. You will label, rate, and evaluate AI outputs across text, image, and audio formats, following detailed guidelines. This role offers a flexible schedule and requires strong English writing, detail orientation, and self-motivation. No prior AI or technical background is necessary.

Work is remote with 10–40 hours per week, offering autonomy to manage your own workload while contributing to cutting-edge AI projects.

• Label, classify, and rate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats.
• Evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, tone, and consistency.
• Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics tailored to each task type.
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all assignments.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
