Crossing Hurdles is seeking an AI Data Reviewer to rigorously review screenshots from diverse software interfaces, identify UI elements, and interpret user workflows with precision. This remote contract role requires keen attention to detail and the ability to ground judgments in visible evidence.

You will annotate AI model responses, collaborate with the customer’s team to provide actionable feedback, and maintain high-quality data reviews across dashboards, forms, and CRM tools, following

Qualifications

• Have expertise in screenshot analysis and UI interpretation across multiple software environments.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with accuracy and consistency in data review tasks.
• Possess outstanding written communication skills and a strong ability to articulate complex observations concisely.
• Have high computer literacy and comfort navigating a variety of digital tools, platforms, and workflows.
• Demonstrate the ability to distinguish between evidence-based findings and assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze screenshots of diverse software interfaces, identifying UI elements and interpreting user workflows with precision.
• Evaluate and annotate AI model responses, ensuring judgments are grounded in what is visible on the screen.
• Distinguish between observable evidence and assumptions, documenting clear explanations for assessments.
• Complete structured annotation and data review tasks across dashboards, forms, admin panels, CRM tools, and various web applications.
• Collaborate with the customer's team to provide high-quality, actionable feedback that directly impacts AI model improvements.
• Maintain rigorous attention to detail, adhering to established guidelines and quality standards in all deliverables.
