Job summary

Ülker, part of pladis Global, invites a Regulatory Affairs Executive to join the pladis Turkey Regulatory Affairs Team in Çamlıca. You will ensure compliance across TR and EU regulations, collaborate with R&D and Marketing on launches, and sign off artwork for regulatory readiness.

You should have at least 5 years in TR food regulation, strong English, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a cross‑functional setting to drive accurate labeling and compliant products.

pladis is looking for Regulatory Affairs Executive for our pladis Turkey Regulatory Affairs Team in Çamlıca.

What will be your key deliverables?

• Ensure regulatory compliance of pladis brands in accordance with TR and EU, about product formulation, pack copy generation and artwork sign-off, as well as ensuring compliance with pladis policies
• Work closely with R&D and Marketing teams to ensure timely execution of product launches.
• Review and sign-off artwork designs against relevant pack copy for regulatory compliance for market
• Ensure multi-lingual labels are checked and approved
• Review the Social Media posts and TV commercials in regulatory point of view.
• Understand pladis allergen matrices and apply accordingly to ensure packs are labelled with the correct allergen warnings
• Represent the Regulatory Affairs team where appropriate with project team meetings with a specific remit to advise on compliance implications

What do you need for this role?

• Minimum 5 years of experience with TR food regulatory environment and food science
• Experience with TR& EU Food Legislation, guidelines and codes of practice
• Good knowledge of English, preferably another European language
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Good project management and implementation skills

• High level of computer literacy & competency in using web based specification system
