Tekiner is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative to manage regional sales, orders, and collections. You will analyze customer needs, develop sales strategies, and drive growth by expanding the regional customer portfolio and managing dealer networks.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales, strong communication and analytical skills, and are willing to travel within the region. Proficiency in MS Office and a team-oriented mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience in a similar sector is required.
• Experience in dealer management and portfolio development is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales, order, and collection activities in the assigned regions.
• Analyze customer needs and determine effective sales strategies.
• Work to achieve sales and collection targets.
• Manage the product portfolio required for full product range sales.
• Create weekly route plans and visit customers accordingly.
• Expand the regional customer portfolio by establishing new connections.
• Report on sales activities, targets, and projects to the manager.
• Plan and report on sales promotions with the marketing department.
• Collaborate with marketing to share market analyses and competitive info.
• Represent the company in regional sales and promotional events.
