Job summary

VELUX in Turkey is seeking a Marketing Activation Specialist to drive regional campaigns and localize global marketing while ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints. You will work with regional teams, Sales, and Customer Service to translate market insights into effective campaigns.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing, fluency in English, and strong project management. Hybrid work, meal and travel allowances, and a modern office support performance and growth.

Qualifications

• BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing in local or multinational settings.
• Strong knowledge of online marketing and social media.
• Ability to build a professional network with diverse stakeholders.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in trade marketing and POS/event management.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization and with others.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Activate regional marketing initiatives in the Turkish market with brand consistency.
• Collaborate with regional teams, Sales, and Customer Service to translate insights into campaigns.
• Participate in regional meetings and approvals for campaigns and promotions.
• Adapt campaigns and translate content for local markets.
• Ensure processes are followed and market trends monitored.
• Provide local market insights and support GDPR/privacy compliance.
• Budget support: tracking, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate local tasks with regional responsibilities and other stakeholders.
• Manage sales support tasks per manager guidance.
