Job summary

Videojet, a Veralto company, is seeking a Demand Generation Manager for MEA&T based in Turkey. You will drive demand generation performance, coordinate with Commercial leadership, and oversee paid digital, web, SEO, campaigns, events, and partnerships to improve funnel health and bookings.

The role requires leading a multi-disciplinary team, strong KPI tracking, and collaboration across sales, service, and regional leadership with fluency in English. Turkish/Arabic skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in demand generation, marketing performance, or related B2B growth roles.
• Experience managing demand generation channels: paid digital, website, SEO, campaigns, webinars, events, partnerships, outbound programs.
• Experience leading and coaching multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong funnel management, KPI tracking, forecasting, performance reviews, and conversion improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own regional demand generation performance across MEA&T.
• Execute and localize the regional demand generation strategy.
• Drive execution across paid digital, website, SEO, campaigns, webinars, events, and partnerships.
• Improve lead quality, speed-to-follow-up, qualification rigor, conversion, and funnel velocity.
• Lead weekly funnel reviews, monthly business reviews, and forecast discussions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-disciplinary demand generation team.
