Job summary

KONE is seeking a Compliance Specialist to lead the Global Ethics & Compliance Program for KMTA, based in İstanbul Ataşehir. The role reports to the Compliance Manager, KMTA. It supports compliance with laws and internal policies across Türkiye, the Middle East, and Africa, promoting a culture of integrity and risk awareness.

The candidate will design trainings, drive policy implementation, conduct risk assessments, and advise on anti-corruption matters, with frequent regional travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, law, finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant compliance experience.
• Experience conducting internal investigations.
• Strong understanding of anti-corruption and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training on compliance matters per policies and guidelines.
• Support local implementation and improvement of global compliance policies.
• Perform country-level risk assessments and develop action plans.
• Promote and manage channels for reporting violations locally.
• Conduct internal investigations as required.
• Advise employees and management on compliance topics including anti-bribery.
• Foster a compliance-oriented culture across KMTA units.
• Support governance processes and internal communications on compliance.
