Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Ramp Agent to support our global network from our Fatih, Istanbul team. You will coordinate pre-flight activities, work with warehouse teams under tight deadlines, and ensure accurate manifests and documentation for freight movements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-flight activities to ensure prompt processing of freight and on-time departures.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to meet flight schedules with efficient load plans.
• Verify cargo manifests against system information and amend discrepancies.
• Prepare transit documents for all un-cleared ground movement freight.
• Advise on required documentation for all types of freight movements.
• Enter accurate information into systems and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
