Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-flight activities to ensure prompt processing of freight and on-time departure of flights.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to meet flight schedules with efficient load plans under tight deadlines.
• Verify cargo manifests against system information and amend discrepancies.
• Prepare transit documents for all un-cleared ground movement freight.
• Advise on required documentation for all types of freight movements.
• Enter accurate and timely information into systems.
• Ensure all pre- and post-flight checks comply with policies, procedures, standards, and processes.
