Job summary

Hepsiburada is seeking a Project Specialist to lead documentation and management activities for R&D programs, TÜBİTAK, EU and related funds. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare applications, track progress and ensure compliance with program requirements.

The role requires strong project management, budgeting awareness, and excellent communication in English; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with R&D legislation and funding programs (5746, TÜBİTAK, EU).
• Knowledge of portal entries, project texts, reporting and follow-up in R&D Center docs.
• Proven in project management and analysis with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience in reporting and presentation techniques.
• Experience in budget management and financial planning.
• Understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Researching, preparing application documents, and managing processes related to R&D Center and funding programs.
• Managing documentation, approval, and follow-up for payments related to these programs.
• Monitoring the time spent by R&D Center personnel inside and outside the Center.
• Conducting studies related to Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
