Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Turkey seeks an R&D Digital Platforms Assistant Analyst to digitize formulas, processes, and 3PM specifications for Europe Foods innovation and productivity projects.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Commercialization, and Regulatory teams to coordinate specifications in SAP, manage data accuracy, and ensure timely handoffs to manufacturing. The role requires data-driven thinking, strong communication, and the ability to drive cross-functional work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data management or product development.

• Strong communication with internal and external teams in R&D.

Responsibilities

• Digitize formulas, processes and 3PM specifications for PD/TBS projects.
• Coordinate finished product specifications with Product Development, commercialization and regulatory teams.
• Manage SAP workflow approvals with PD and TDC partners to meet project timelines.
• Ensure R&D data handoffs for materials and BOM setup and maintain traceability to supply chain.
• Generate and maintain specification reports in PDMS/ISL aligned with project timelines.

We are looking for an R&D Digital Platforms Assistant Analyst who will be responsible for digitizing formula, process, finished product and 3PM specifications on behalf of Product Development / Technical Brand Stewardship (TBS) teams for all innovation, TBS and productivity projects for Europe Foods.

Responsibilities

• Digitizing formula, process and 3PM specifications on behalf of PD / TBS teams for all innovation, TBS and productivity projects.
• Working with Product Development, commercialization and regulatory to coordinate and assemble finished product specifications.
• Coordination of specification approval workflows within SAP with PD and TDC (Technical, Digital & Compliance) partners to ensure all specifications are approved within required project timelines.
• Working with commercialization to ensure required R&D data is handed off for material / BOM set ups (UK/ Poland) and traceability between R&D specifications and supply chain materials maintained
• Working with teams to ensure specification reports are generated and available in PDMS / ISL in conjunction with project timelines needs (enabling the handover to manufacturing process).
• Working with R&D data governance and SDSA to raise change requests to ensure required data attributes are available for use in SAP.
• Identifying areas of opportunity wrt way of working enhancements with PD, TDC, Commercialization and SC partners.
• Support in coordination and execution of specification obsoletion.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience
• Astuteness for data management and accuracy.
• Structured process driven mindset.
• Working knowledge of SAP / proven ability to quickly learn and work within specification systems.
• Ability to work under pressure - conducting multiple activities, supporting multiple projects across all platforms to tight deadlines.
• Ability to clearly communicate with internal and external functions in R&D.
• Food industry Product Development / technical background to enable easier interpretation and transformation of raw data.
