Job summary

Gizli in Manisa, Turkey is seeking a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Bioengineering, or related field to join our R&D team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Bioengineering, or a related field.
• Preferably experienced in R&D, product development, or laboratory processes; candidates willing to be trained will also be considered.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in R&D activities related to the development of new products and applications.
• Support the improvement and optimization of existing products.
• Conduct research on product formulations, raw materials, and alternative materials.
• Perform laboratory studies, tests, and analysis.
• Monitor, analyze, and report the results of R&D activities.
• Support the planning and implementation of product development projects.
• Contribute to the preparation of relevant technical documentation and reports.
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies, scientific developments, and industry trends.
