Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Supervisor Quarry to oversee daily mining operations and ensure field activities align with our safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes field measurements, sampling, and strict adherence to health and safety rules, with flexibility for shift work and necessary on-site collaboration.

The ideal candidate has a Mining Technician background, field experience, strong communication, and a valid Class B license with SRC 4 certificate.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Aware of occupational health and safety.
• Suitability for field conditions and field work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production and operation processes in the mining area.
• Support the execution of production activities according to the work schedule.
• Perform field measurements, sampling and technical controls.
• Conduct field work in accordance with occupational health and safety rules.
• Report technical malfunctions and operational needs to relevant units.
• Adapt to shift work schedules when necessary.
