Job summary

Hitachi Energy Turkey Elektrik Sanayi Anonim Şirketi in Dilovası, Kocaeli, is seeking a Quality Technician (Tank Workshop) to inspect transformer tanks, perform ITP/QCP, incoming material and welding/coating inspections, and support NDT and final assembly checks.

You will read technical drawings, use measuring tools, and apply SAP QM and NCR processes, with shift work and overtime as needed. English and Turkish proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• ,Technical high school diploma or Vocational School graduation in mechanical field
• At least 3 years of experience preferably in the transformer sector
• Knowledgeable about technical drawing, measuring instruments, SAP QM module, NCR, MS Office tools
• Ultrasonic Inspection Level 2 certificate is an asset
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Shift work and overtime flexibility
• Preferably with good command of English and Turkish

We are looking for a Quality Technician (Tank Workshop) who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy Power Transformers Factory in Dilovası/Kocaeli.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Responsible for inspection of transformer tanks manufacturing stages, ITP and QCP.

Your Background:

• Technical high school diploma or Vocational School graduation from mechanical departments (preferably holding a 2-year associate degree or a 4-year degree in a technical field).
• At least 3 years of experience preferably in the transformer sector.
• Knowledgeable about technical drawing, measuring instruments, SAP QM module, NCR, MS Office tools.
• Ultrasonic Inspection Level 2 certificate is an asset.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Able to adapt a shift work system and accommodate overtime when necessary.
• Teamwork-oriented, eager to learn and improve.
• Preferably with a good command of English and Turkish.
