Responsibilities

• Address daily risk management matters and report to the QRM Specialist.
• Handle day-to-day requests and respond to questions promptly.
• Actively participate in ongoing projects and identify opportunities to improve existing systems.
• Launch and monitor QRM trainings, track and report completion results.
• Provide support for KYC research processes.
• Prepare periodic QRM reports and presentations.
• Participate in regular audits to ensure full compliance with firm policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote ethics and integrity.
• Assist the team in performing ISQM1 controls in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Quality and Risk Management is a central team and is responsible for setting overall professional risk management and quality control policies and monitoring compliance, ethics, and independence. This responsibility includes the need to understand and adhere to policies and associated procedures in carrying out their day-to-day activities. This team has an important role in identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of the most significant risks that the Firm faces and could threaten the achievement of its strategic objectives.
