Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences, Social Sciences, Business, Operations, Analytics or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in Operations, Compliance, Quality, Reporting, Project Coordination or related areas.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of Commercial Quality operational activities and services.
• Coordinate routine quality processes and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Monitor adherence to established procedures, timelines and service commitments.
• Assist in issue identification and escalation when required.
• Maintain operational dashboards and reporting tools.
• Analyze trends and performance indicators.
• Prepare governance materials and leadership reports.
• Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with global and market stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, communications and follow-up actions.
• Support implementation of process improvements and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation.
• Participate in improvement initiatives and special projects.
