Job summary

Dauch seeks a Quality Management System Engineer to support QMS implementation and audits across automotive operations in Turkey. You will assist in maintaining management systems, reporting performance, and driving improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive QMS, strong English, and experience with QDMS and ISO/IATF standards. You will contribute to audit readiness and document integration within the plant QMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a Quality Management System in automotive industry.
• Fluent English with strong written and oral communication.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Manager in implementing and maintaining management systems.
• Report performance and identify improvement areas to the QM.
• Plan and manage changes to management systems and audit plans.
• Prepare and present quality reports using quality indicators.
• Update Quality Certificates on Customer Portals and ensure accuracy.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Integrate QMS documents into the plant QMS and support audits.
• Plan internal and external audits and manage corrective actions for nonconformities.
