Job summary

Coulisse is seeking a Quality Inspector for Turkey (Istanbul region). You will perform on-site inspections at supplier factories, verify that aluminium profiles and components meet drawings and Coulisse specifications, and ensure quality before shipments.

You will collaborate with suppliers, QA, purchasing, and supply chain to drive improvements, with occasional travel to Turkey and the Netherlands. The role requires independence, strong ownership, and comfort challenging suppliers when

Quality Inspector - Turkey (region Istanbul)

YOUR ROLE

As Quality Inspector, you are Coulisse's eyes and ears at our supplier locations in Turkey. You ensure that products meet our quality standards and specifications before they leave the factory.

You perform on-site inspections, identify quality issues, and work closely with suppliers to drive continuous improvements. When products do not meet our requirements, you take action. At Coulisse, quality comes first: no quality means no shipment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting on-site inspections at supplier factories.
• Inspecting aluminium profiles and components against drawings and specifications.
• Checking dimensions, measurements, surface quality, color consistency, straightness, packaging, and labeling.
• Verifying that products meet Coulisse standards before release.
• Reviewing supplier self-inspection reports.
• Identifying quality deviations and potential risks.
• Supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitoring recurring issues and escalating where necessary.
• Acting as Coulisse's quality representative at supplier locations.
• Aligning with suppliers on quality expectations and improvements.
• Supporting Supply Chain and Purchasing with supplier communication.
• Providing clear inspection feedback and status updates.

YOUR TEAM

You will be part of the Quality team that is located in the Netherlands (Enter) and report directly to the Teamlead Quality. In this international role, you work closely with suppliers in Turkey, as well as colleagues from Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Chain. Together, you ensure that products meet Coulisse's quality standards and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.

ABOUT YOU

You are independent, detail-oriented, and not afraid to make decisions. You have a strong sense of ownership and are comfortable challenging suppliers when quality standards are not met.

In addition, you bring:

• A technical background, for example in production, manufacturing, or quality control.
• Experience in quality inspection or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience working with suppliers is considered an advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel frequently to supplier locations throughout Turkey, mostly region Istanbul.
