Job summary

TOLON is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the quality management system and control activities across manufacturing processes. You will work with cross-functional teams on root cause analysis, supplier quality, customer complaints, and continuous improvement projects.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in quality in manufacturing, strong knowledge of ISO/IATF standards, and hands-on experience with FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and 8D. Excellent English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical & Materials, Chemical, or related)
• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance/control/engineering in manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001; IATF 16949 preferred
• Hands-on experience with FMEA, SPC, PPAP, 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa
• Experience with ERP systems and quality management software
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.)
• Plan, perform, and report quality control activities throughout manufacturing processes
• Conduct root cause analyses using 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and FMEA, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions
• Participate in internal audits and support compliance with quality standards and procedures
• Monitor supplier quality performance and support supplier development and improvement activities
• Investigate customer complaints, contribute to problem resolution, and maintain related documentation
• Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for process and product improvements
• Support new product introduction (NPI) through quality documentation, validation, and approval processes
• Maintain calibration records and follow-up activities for inspection and measurement equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects using Kaizen, 8D, and Six Sigma
