Job summary

Fater Gebze Plant in Turkey is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our QA teams. You will ensure QA activities comply with internal and regulatory requirements, supervise daily on-site quality, and help develop QA standards and audit plans.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement, with English proficiency and strong communication essential to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production environment and quality.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
• No military obligation for the male candidates.
• Problem solving skills.
• Having good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all QA activities are compliant with internal and statutory requirements.
• Supervise quality of the daily works on site.
• Prepare, Set and Track QA Standards and Procedures.
• Prepare and follow Internal & External Audit Plans, QA Programs/Roadmaps.
• Take an active role in change management projects and give feedback about QA issues.
• Support to increase quality awareness of all employees.
• Maintain and audit purchased raw materials, semi-finishing and product as quality standards.
• Support internal & external quality database activities.
• Support quality customer complaints management.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate losses.
• Determine the necessary measures to eliminate the problems that negatively affect the quality.
• Develop and validate methods for analyzing and producing products to ensure they meet specifications and document those methods in standard operating procedures.
• Investigate product, and process deviations, identify root cause, and develop corrective and preventative action.

• We are looking for a passionate candidate as a Quality Engineer who will directly work with our QA Teams in FATER Gebze Plant. In this role you will:
• Ensure that all QA (Quality) activities are compliant with internal and statutory requirements
