Job summary

FUCHS Lubricants Türkiye is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to supervise incoming inspection, testing and quality assurance for raw materials, semi-finished and finished products at the production site.

You will ensure equipment maintenance, calibration and validation with full traceability, carry out MSA/SPC studies, manage lab data integrity and support audits and CAPA using SAP, LIMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
• At least 1 year of experience in a petrochemical laboratory preferred.
• ISO/IEC 17025 knowledge preferred.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency preferred.
• Able to work in a shift system.
• Knowledge of lubricants and additives.
• Technical knowledge of SPC, MSA, measurement uncertainty, method validation.
• Experience with SAP, LIMS and MS Office programs.
• Experience in spectrophotometric analysis.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in management processes.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, strong reporting skills and team player.

Responsibilities

• Ensure incoming inspection, testing and quality control activities for raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, and packaging materials.
• Maintain calibration, maintenance, and validation records with full traceability.
• Support QA/QC activities across the production site in both laboratory and field operations.
• Analyze quality risks and implement preventive action plans.
• Ensure traceability, accuracy, and integrity of laboratory data and test results.
• Manage validation/verification of test methods.
• Perform MSA studies and monitor measurement system reliability.
• Monitor laboratory technologies and integrate suitable methods.
• Sustain ISO/IEC 17025 accredited methods and lead scope extension when needed.
• Maintain and improve Quality Management System documentation and coordinate audits.
• Support CAPA and Change Control processes.
• Perform supplier quality audits and evaluate supplier performance.
• Analyze customer complaints and prepare technical investigation reports.
