Responsibilities include creating and executing test cases, performing functional and regression testing, tracking bugs in Jira, and ensuring quality before release across our legal tech platform.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and functionality of our software products. In this role, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify defects, validate new features, and ensure that our products meet business requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Review business and technical requirements to understand expected functionality.
• Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing as needed.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira, including clear reproduction steps and relevant evidence.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to investigate and resolve reported issues.
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected.
• Test new features and product updates before release.
• Maintain test documentation and contribute to improving testing processes.
• Communicate testing progress, findings, and potential quality risks to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in preparing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
• Familiarity with bug reporting, tracking, and defect lifecycle management.
• Experience using Jira for issue tracking and collaboration.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
