Job summary

Solarpro is seeking a Project Manager to join our London team. You will lead PV EPC projects, manage contracts, and coordinate stakeholders while ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with HSE/ESG standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in PV EPC project management in the EU/UK, strong English, and excellent planning and reporting skills. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are offered. During the trial period you’ll be based in Istanbul, Türkiye.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of PV EPC project management experience in EU or UK.
• Solid understanding of PV project lifecycle and EPC delivery processes.
• Experience with FIDIC-based or similar EPC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact between the client and internal project team.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination of PV EPC projects.
• Manage resources, schedules and budgets to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, ESG and local regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and manage change orders and claims.
