Job summary

Superblast Games is seeking a Product Specialist who loves puzzle games and thrives on turning player data into better experiences. You will own content design, balance, and progression, working with developers and designers to iterate gameplay and ensure a fun, fair challenge on mobile.

You will analyze in-game metrics, run QA on new content, and pitch mechanics with prototypes. A collaborative, data-driven mindset and comfort with dashboards will help you shape how players learn and stay

Qualifications

Experience analyzing gameplay data and player feedback.
Ability to pitch game mechanics and improvements.
Strong communication in collaborative teams.

Responsibilities

Own the design and iteration of gameplay content and mechanics for our mobile puzzle games.
QA new content before release — spotting difficulty spikes, unintended solutions, and pacing issues.
Use internal tools to create engaging, balanced, and scalable content.
Contribute ideas in mechanic ideation sessions — pitch mechanics, prototypes, and explorations.
Work closely with developers and designers to tune difficulty, pacing, and progression.
Analyze in-game metrics and player feedback to identify problems and propose solutions.
Shape how new mechanics are introduced, taught, and integrated across the game.
Contribute to the overall game feel and player retention strategy through data-informed decisions.
