Job summary

ViTO Energy Engineering and Construction in Istanbul seeks a Chief Proposal / Proposal Engineer at Vadistanbul to lead tender preparation and coordinate technical proposals for international projects.

You should hold a mechanical engineering degree, have 1–2 years site experience in refinery/oil and gas or chemical industries, advanced Excel, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in mechanical engineering.
• Willing to learn about the heavy industrial construction projects.
• Experience in tender preparation for international projects is preferred.
• 1-2 years site experience in refinery/oil and gas/chemical industries preferred.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong teamwork and analytical thinking with good communication.
• No travel restrictions for domestic or international assignments.
• English proficiency at an advanced/intermediate level.

• Receive and evaluate offers from vendors/subcontractors.
• Prepare clarifications and deviation documents.

Now we are looking for a highly motivated “Chief Proposal / Proposal Engineer ” in our İstanbul Head Office, Vadistanbul.

Qualifications;

• University degree from Mechanical Engineering,
• Willing to learn about the heavy industrial construction projects.
• As preferred, having experience in tender preparation for international projects,
• As preferred 1-2 years site experience in Industrial Construction projects (Refinery, Oil and Gas, Chemical Industry etc),
• Advanced usage of MS Office programs (Advanced Excel knowledge is especially required),
• Compatible with teamwork,
• Analytical thinker with strong communication skills,
• No domestic or international travel restrictions,
• No military service obligations for male candidates,
• English language at an advanced/intermediate level.
