Mondelez International in Istanbul, Turkey is seeking a senior Project People Lead to own people-focused workstreams across a high-impact project lifecycle. You will partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, change management and talent readiness from Turkey to broader regional initiatives.

You will drive workforce strategy, employee engagement and DEI efforts while shaping transitions and labor relations in line with Turkish law.

Competenze

• Approximately 15 years of broad People Lead experience and a strong record in transformation or large-scale change.
• Deep Turkey expertise: Turkish labor law, employee relations landscape and cultural dynamics.
• Experience in FMCG or matrixed environments is strongly preferred.
• Organizational design skills including structure reviews and role design.
• Continuous improvement experience and union management experience a plus.
• Active curiosity and data-driven insight orientation; fluent in Turkish and English.

Partnering closely with senior leadership, you'll shape organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and talent readiness — while also supporting broader regional people initiatives.

How you will contribute

Organizational design & workforce planning — Build the right structure and capabilities to deliver project outcomes, including role mapping and workforce modelling.

Change management — Own the change strategy end-to-end: employee engagement, communication, and smooth workforce transitions.

Talent & capability building — Identify capability gaps and create targeted hiring and development plans supporting both immediate delivery and longer-term readiness.

Employee & labor relations — Manage ER matters in line with Turkish labor law; oversee labor relations strategy.

Data-driven decisions — Track and report on people KPIs (retention, engagement, readiness) and turn insights into actionable plans.

Strategic Business Partnering — – Partner directly with senior business leaders to align people strategies with defined objectives and long-term organizational transformation goals

Regional contribution — Support broader regional people projects and initiatives as part of a collaborative Turkey Eurasia People Leadership Team.

Culture, Engagement and Inclusion: Foster a high-performing, inclusive work culture by driving regional employee engagement strategies and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

What you'll bring?

Approximately 15 years of broad People Lead experience, with a strong track record in transformation, restructuring, or large-scale change.

Deep Turkey expertise — thorough understanding of Turkish labor law, the employee relations landscape, and cultural dynamics.

Trusted, credible business partner — proven ability to engage, inspire, and influence at all levels.

FMCG or matrixed environment experience strongly preferred.

Organizational design skills: structure reviews and role design.

Continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Union management experience is a plus.

Active curiosity & insight orientation — outside-in perspective on people and business performance.

Fluent in Turkish and English .

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
