Job summary

Metasis Teknoloji is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from scoping to delivery. You will partner with senior management and external stakeholders to align project goals with business strategy and ROI.

You will drive project prioritization, create delivery plans, and coach teams through milestones and reviews. The role requires strong leadership, risk mitigation, and proficiency with Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, and iterative development.

• Defines and tracks milestones within an integrated delivery plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs large-scale, complex projects that may involve multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Defines, creates and executes project plans for project, portfolio, and product prioritization and implementation
• Evaluates trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value
• Partners with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria
• Builds, leads, and coaches multiple project teams throughout project life‑cycles
• Provides frequent on‑site monitoring and enforcement of schedules, milestones, and vendor accountability
• Purchases equipment in accordance with policies, budgets, and operational demand
• Facilitates all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects
• Creates risk mitigation strategies to anticipate, assess and resolve project risks as they are encountered
• Ensures all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards set by the company
• Prepares project status reports and presents project performance updates to relevant business stakeholder
• Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
• Ensures all projects meet success parameters and ROI targets stated in business case

Experience

• Over five years of project management experience including large-scale complex projects OR equivalent management experience
• Experience working on project and portfolio management Tools (Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.)
• Over five years of banking industry experience
• Having worked in an international company and managed a project

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s in computer science, information technology, management or related field (Master’s preferred)
