Job summary

Metasis Teknoloji is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from scoping to delivery. You will partner with senior management and external stakeholders to align project goals with business strategy and ROI.

You will drive project prioritization, create delivery plans, and coach teams through milestones and reviews. The role requires strong leadership, risk mitigation, and proficiency with Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, and iterative development.

• Understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative).
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Directs large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Defines project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management.
• Creates and executes project plans for prioritization and implementation.
• Evaluates trade-offs between size, cost, risk, urgency and stakeholder value.
• Partners with sponsors to define success metrics and ROI.
• Builds and coaches multiple project teams through lifecycles.
• Monitors schedules, milestones, and vendor accountability on-site.
• Purchases equipment per policy and demand.
• Facilitates operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle.
• Creates risk mitigation strategies to address project risks.
• Ensures adherence to company project methodology standards.
• Prepares status reports and presents updates to stakeholders.
• Defines and tracks milestones within an integrated delivery plan.
• Ensures projects meet success parameters and ROI targets.
