Job summary

UN Women Ankara Office is seeking a Programme Analyst to support the design, formulation, implementation and evaluation of gender equality programmes. You will work with partners, government officials and donors to ensure effective delivery and impact in Türkiye.

The role requires collaboration with programme and operations teams, and adherence to Results Based Management and reporting standards. Fluency in English and Turkish is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with research, policy or programme focus.
• Experience in gender equality, women’s empowerment or development projects is preferred.
• Experience with Results Based Management and donor reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to programme strategy design and proposal development for women’s leadership initiatives.
• Support programme implementation, monitoring, reporting and partner coordination.
• Provide capacity development and technical assistance to partners and stakeholders.
• Support monitoring, evaluation and knowledge management across programmes.
