Job summary

UN Women Türkiye seeks a Programme Analyst to provide programme design, implementation and evaluation support, ensuring results-based management and evidence-based policy advice. The incumbent works with government partners, UN agencies and civil society to advance gender equality and women’s empowerment, contributing to budgeting and accountability processes and knowledge products.

Fluency in English and Turkish and a Master’s degree are required, along with experience in development programmes

Qualifications

• Experience in programme design, implementation and evaluation.
• Strong understanding of Results Based Management and gender mainstreaming.

Responsibilities

• Contribute technically to the development of programme strategies and proposals.
• Provide technical support to programme implementation and monitoring.
• Coordinate capacity-building activities with partners and staff.
• Support preparation of donor and management reports.
