Job summary

Saipem is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor for Preservation to join one of our projects. Start Date: ASAP. Duration: 3 months onshore + 8 months offshore. The role centers on safe commissioning, startup execution, and ongoing maintenance of Instrumentation and Control Systems in a challenging environment.

The candidate will lead teams, promote safety leadership, coordinate with vendors, and ensure competency standards are met while managing extensive maintenance activities and reporting.

Qualifications

• English language skills required (and any other specified by Project).
• Experience leading technical teams in offshore/onshore environments.
• Strong safety culture and incident investigation capability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe commissioning, start-up and maintenance execution of Instrumentation and Control Systems.
• Lead and supervise teams to meet competency standards and performance.
• Coordinate Maintenance planning and contractor personnel for smooth operations.
• Prepare reports and ensure CMMS data quality and handovers are recorded.
