Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking a Production Manager to supervise safe and efficient day-to-day production (crush+refining+bottling) and to support plant productivity improvements in Thrace, Türkiye.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive Operations Excellence Plans to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Monitor the implementation of BPS Management System requirements in production.
• Oversee Process Safety Management programs.
• Monitor and manage product yields.
• Organize daily production meetings to align activities of all production operations management.
