E-Kart Elektronik Kart Sistemleri in Gebze region seeks a Production Manager to efficiently oversee activities across Production Planning, Maintenance & Repair, and Sales & Marketing. At least two years of professional experience in international companies.
Experience in production, machine, process and human management.
Problem solving skills especially technical topics.
Good communication skills, coaching.
Curious about technical achievements, computers and technology.
Advanced level of English.
Mastery of MS Office and ERP systems.
No military obligation for male candidates.
Located in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Kocaeli.

Responsibilities

To ensure the efficient management of activities related to the responsible department in coordination with Production Planning, Maintenance & Repair, and Sales & Marketing departments.
To monitor production processes,
To measure efficiency,
To inspect machines and equipment,
To measure and evaluate the quality of all elements used in production, including both equipment and raw materials,
To develop efficiency methods to prevent material waste, excessive overtime, and delayed products,
To determine the right strategies for production,
To take an active role not only in process controls but also in material and machine inspections,
To check whether the quantity of produced goods can meet customer demands,
To identify failure rates through statistical reports and develop solutions accordingly.
