Qualifications

• Universities degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in ceramics manufacturing, with at least 5 in a senior management role.
• Preferably good English.
• Experience managing all ceramic production operations (raw material, shaping, drying, glazing, firing, quality, maintenance).
• Budgeting, strategic planning, performance management and resource optimization knowledge.
• Experience in productivity improvements, cost reductions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of IMS, Environmental Management and OH&S practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
• Proven leadership with successful team management and employee engagement.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field,

• Experienced in managing all operational processes of ceramic production (raw material preparation, shaping/forming, drying, glazing, firing, quality, and technical maintenance),
• Knowledgeable in budgeting, strategic planning, performance management, and resource optimization,
• Experienced in productivity improvement, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives,
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Management Systems, Environmental Management, and Occupational Health & Safety practices,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,
• Proven leadership capabilities with a successful track record in team management and employee engagement,
• No restrictions for domestic and international travel.

• Üniversitelerin Mühendislik, İşletme veya ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,
• Seramik üretim sektöründe en az 15 yıl tecrübesine, bunun en az 5 yılında üst düzey yöneticilik tecrübesine sahip,
• Tercihen iyi derecede İngilizce bilgisine sahip,
• Seramik üretiminin tüm operasyonel süreçlerinin (hammadde hazırlama, şekillendirme, kurutma, sırlama, pişirim, kalite ve teknik bakım) yönetiminde tecrübeli,
• Bütçeleme, stratejik planlama, performans yönetimi ve kaynak optimizasyonu konularında bilgi sahibi,
• Verimlilik artırma, maliyet azaltma ve sürekli iyileştirme uygulamalarında tecrübeli,
• Entegre Yönetim Sistemleri, Çevre, İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği uygulamalarına hâkim,
• Analitik düşünme, problem çözme ve karar verme yetkinlikleri güçlü,

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective management of all production operations in line with company strategies, quality standards, environmental policies, and occupational health & safety requirements.
• Establish and monitor performance targets across all departments under responsibility and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Plan, manage, and control all production activities by ensuring the most efficient utilization of workforce, machinery, equipment, and material resources throughout the production processes.
• Lead projects aimed at increasing production capacity, reducing costs, and achieving operational excellence.
• Analyze production data and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to ensure uninterrupted and efficient operations across departments.
• Conduct regular meetings with direct reports to evaluate past performance and coordinate future activities and objectives.
• Ensure the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and working methods that support the achievement of operational goals; evaluate their effectiveness and provide guidance where necessary.
• Leading the design, development, and implementation of new processes and production methods that integrate sustainability objectives into production strategies, enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost performance.

• Fabrikanın tüm üretim operasyonlarının şirket stratejileri, kalite standartları, çevre ve iş sağlığı güvenliği politikaları doğrultusunda etkin şekilde yönetilmesini sağlamak.
• Sorumluluğundaki tüm bölümlerde performans hedeflerini belirlemek, takip etmek ve sonuçları iyileştirmeye yönelik aksiyonlar geliştirmek.
• Üretim süreçlerinde, iş gücü, makine, teçhizat ve malzeme kaynaklarının en verimli şekilde kullanılmasını sağlayarak tüm üretim faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesini, kontrolünü ve planlamasını gerçekleştirmek.
• Üretim kapasitesini artırmaya, maliyetleri azaltmaya ve operasyonel mükemmelliği sağlamaya yönelik projelere liderlik etmek.
• Üretim verilerini analiz etmek ve yönetim birimlerine stratejik önerilerde bulunmak,
• Bölümler arası iş birliğini güçlendirerek operasyonların kesintisiz ve verimli şekilde sürdürülmesini sağlamak.
• Kendisine bağlı ekipler ile periyodik toplantılar yaparak geçmiş dönemin değerlendirilmesi, gelecek dönemin çalışmaları hakkında koordinasyonu sağlamak.
• Faaliyetlerin öngörülen hedeflere ulaşmasını destekleyecek yönetmelik ve çalışma yöntemlerinin oluşturulmasını sağlamak, etkinliğini değerlendirmek ve gerekli yönlendirmeleri yapmak.
• Sürdürülebilirlik hedeflerini üretim stratejilerine entegre ederek, verimlilik, kalite ve maliyet performansını geliştirecek yeni proses ve üretim metotlarının tasarlanması, geliştirilmesi ve hayata geçirilmesine liderlik etmek.
