Job summary

You will coordinate cross-border initiatives, develop training materials, and shape product information standards.

The role requires deep PM expertise, strong communication across international teams, and travel to support global programs. English fluency and a background in relevant industries are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's is a plus.
• Experience in wood-based panels, furniture, building materials, decorative surfaces, or similar industries preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of product management and development.
• Ability to communicate technical product information to diverse audiences.
• Experience with international teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of product management processes across global markets.
• Develop and maintain product training materials, presentations, FAQs, knowledge bases, and digital content.
• Establish standardized product information and training packages for new products and updates.
• Improve product knowledge sharing through digital tools, video, interactive content, and AI-powered solutions.
• Coordinate product management communication with overseas offices and subsidiaries.
• Coordinate global product development and portfolio projects.
• Support the implementation of global product management processes across international offices.
• Contribute to global product roadmaps based on market needs and business opportunities.
• Support the development of the global Product Management operating model and ways of working.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen product knowledge management and cross-functional collaboration.

Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Product Technical Executive” to join its Global Product Management Group Management team.

Job Roles Details:

• Lead the development and improvement of product management processes across global markets
• Develop and maintain product training materials, presentations, FAQs, knowledge bases, and digital content
• Establish standardized product information and training packages for new products and product updates
• Improve product knowledge sharing through digital tools, video, interactive content, and AI-powered solutions
• Coordinate product management communication and collaboration with overseas offices and subsidiaries
• Coordinate global product development and portfolio projects
• Support the implementation of global product management processes across international offices
• Contribute to global product roadmaps based on market needs and business opportunities
• Support the development of the global Product Management operating model and ways of working

Skills:

Experience:
