Job summary

Fundraise Up is seeking a Product Manager to own the Peer-to-Peer Events product within the larger P2P line. This hands-on software role covers discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration, turning ambiguity into a focused solution grounded in customer, usage, and commercial evidence.

You will collaborate with nonprofit event teams, participants, design partners, and GTM teams to shape problems like registration, teams and captains, attribution, reporting, and CRM integrations.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in a software product company.
• End-to-end ownership of a customer-facing product area with Engineering and Design.
• Strong judgment in reducing a large problem space to a focused release and explaining the trade-offs.
• Clear written communication across requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision records.

Responsibilities

• Own the product from problem definition through requirements, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Define the product direction with a clear thesis and sequenced roadmap.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders and validate decisions through interviews and live usage.
• Launch, learn, and drive outcomes with environment-wide collaboration.
