Job summary

Kaizen Loyalty, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, seeks a Product Manager to own the development of our loyalty platform in a flexible, remote-friendly setting. You will drive product planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact features.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B SaaS product roles, with strong experience in platform integrations (CRM, POS, API, SDK) and fluent English. This role offers remote-friendly work and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Min. 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or similar roles in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience with platform-based products requiring third-party integrations (CRM, POS, API, SDK).
• Strong stakeholder management skills balancing business urgency, tech constraints, and delivery.
• Clear problem-solving mindset with ability to define problems, evaluate trade-offs, and build practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development for our B2B loyalty platform from problem definition to delivery.
• Translate business needs into clear product plans, priorities, and actionable steps.
• Prepare PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog with cross-functional input.
• Collaborate daily with engineering to shape and deliver solutions.
• Bridge business and technology, aligning stakeholders around feasible solutions.
• Lead integration initiatives with CRM, POS, API, SDK, and other systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across product and integration workstreams.
• Partner with design, QA, and commercial teams to build scalable product experiences.
• Track product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
