Job summary

Quince is seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead on-site development at our vendor factories. You will drive accelerated sample development, ensure timely documentation handoffs, and secure rapid approvals to keep products moving from concept to production.

This role emphasizes factory-based execution with heavy travel and close collaboration with global teams. You will own the development timeline, coordinate cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Sourcing, and QA,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product development or factory-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and actively manage the day-to-day product development timeline across new products, color/size extensions, vendor transitions, and refreshes.
• Coordinate and track all sample requests, shipments, inbound reviews, fit requests, and revisions.
• Facilitate timely product reviews and approvals by Merchandising, Fit, and Technical teams.
• Run in-person country development trips with Global Merchants and Global Fit teams to accelerate decision-making.
• Support timely staging of materials and finished-goods production with Sourcing.
