We are looking for a hands-on Product Designer to join our team, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and deliver high-quality UI across mobile, tablet, and desktop. You will conduct research, create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, hand off to developers with Zeplin, and iterate designs based on usability testing, while maintaining brand

Qualifications

• Degree in Design or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering mobile and/or software apps.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Zeplin.
• Understanding of Agile product development practices.
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Strong pixel-perfect attention to detail.
• Impressive online portfolio demonstrating UI/UX experience.

Our proprietary technology applications range from helping golfers of all abilities, including PGA professionals, to optimize their launch conditions, to allowing MLB pitchers to increase the efficiency on their breaking balls. Current partners include all 30 MLB teams, MLB, USA Baseball, Golf Digest, PGA of America, and over 1000 NCAA athletic departments.

As Rapsodo continues to grow and expand our business internationally, we are looking for a hands-on, driven, and empathetic Product Designer with a passion for collaborating and making a difference to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Research before starting the design phase (benchmark, CIM, persona, usability test/survey).

Build low and high-fidelity wireframes, prototyping screens when necessary using Figma or other tools.

Create compelling user flows for both current and new projects.

Testing designs after implementation.

Design new screens for all projects (including mobile, tablet, and desktop) by using Figma.

Design new requirements for projects and creating amendments as testing is conducted.

Handoff designs to developers with Figma or Zeplin.

Collaborate closely with product managers, product owners, and other designers to ideate new products and features.

Work closely with Engineers to implement your designs at a high degree of quality.

Ability to work with both collocated and remote collaborators.

Deliver high-quality work according to project schedules in an agile development environment.

Degree in Design or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in the complete lifecycle successfully delivering, mobile and/or software apps.

Expertise in standard design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Zeplin.

An understanding of Agile product development practices.

Knowledge of usability principles and techniques.

Create beautiful, clean Ul while maintaining brand consistency.

Knowledge of current UX best practices and design processes.

Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules.

Extreme attention to detail and consistency, passion for pixel perfection.

Comfortable giving and receiving critical design feedback.

An impressive online portfolio demonstrating experience designing user interfaces and experiences.

Excellent verbal and written skills in English.

Strongly preferred:

Having a foundational understanding of HTML and CSS

Knowledge of UIUX in game design principles.

Experience integrating gamification elements is a plus.
