Bosch Turkey is seeking a Serial Development engineer to create design solutions for customer requirements and manage design changes using Creo and SAP. You will coordinate with central development teams to analyze feasibility, develop new sub-parts, and prepare BOMs for new products.

Qualifications

BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
CAD: deep knowledge and experience.
Creo/SAP knowledge.
Fluent in English.
Hydraulic, mechanical, tribology and material knowledge.
Geometric tolerance analysis experience.
2–3 years in similar position or hydraulic tech background.
Ability to work independently and lead others.
Strong time management and prioritization.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience solving problems.

Responsibilities

Create design solutions for new customer requirements of application projects.
Coordinate new design features with central development departments to analyze feasibility.
Create new sub-parts and designs for customer requirements.
Create BOMs for new products in SAP.
Creo 4.0 (CAD) and PDM usage to design/application drawings, assemblies, materials.
Evaluate internal/external customer change requests and feasibility with central departments.
Explain design changes for customer reclamations and improvements to engineering teams.
Ensure know-how usage in customer projects and localization support.
