Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Turkey is seeking a Procurement Supervisor for Seasonings & Ingredients to support category leads in delivering local sourcing strategies that boost performance.

You will drive multi-year category plans, run tenders and contracts, and align local actions with GP and COE objectives. You will build local networks, manage supplier bases, ensure supply and quality, and lead productivity initiatives to meet financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Develops category strategy over a multi-year horizon for Ingredients & Seasonings under supervisor.
• Input EU strategy with specifics of Region under scope and executes category strategies in Turkey, tenders, contracts.
• Links local category strategies to global strategies to meet GP financial KPI’s.
• Builds local networks and teams to meet local needs and drive executional excellence.
• Develops appropriate supplier base and leverages global suppliers or MSO category teams.
• Ensures local category strategies follow GP policies and GCS framework.
• Leads monthly VE reviews with R&D region leads for progress and risks.
• Delivers productivity and cash flow targets to meet business plans.
