Job summary

Indorama Ventures Türkiye is seeking an experienced Türkiye Procurement Lead to oversee local procurement activities, optimize costs, and ensure reliable supply aligned with business needs and regional priorities.

You will manage local procurement operations, develop sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier performance, and lead a local team while collaborating with the regional organization to achieve savings and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/engineering/supply chain or related field.
• Procurement experience with team leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, supplier management and cost optimization skills.
• Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead local procurement operations, ensuring cost efficiency, quality and supply continuity.
• Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate commercial agreements and manage supplier relationships.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities and monitor procurement performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Lead and develop the local procurement team.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to implement common processes, procurement initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Türkiye Procurement Lead to lead local procurement activities and drive cost optimization and ensure reliable supply in line with business needs and regional procurement priorities.

In this role, you will manage local procurement operations, develop sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier performance and lead a local team. You will also collaborate with the regional procurement organization to deliver savings, improve processes and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead local procurement operations, ensuring cost efficiency, quality and supply continuity.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Solid procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with proven team leadership experience.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, supplier management and cost optimization skills.
• Analytical thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills and good command of English.
