Job summary

Entek Elektrik, part of Koç Holding, is seeking a Procurement Specialist with a Bachelor's in Engineering and 7-10 years of experience. You will manage domestic and international procurement requests, prepare purchase orders, and establish supplier agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering disciplines,
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the field,
• Proficiency in SAP (procurement/purchasing module),
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications,
• Detail-oriented, systematic, well-organized, and capable of effective time management,

Responsibilities

• Managing and fulfilling domestic and international procurement requests,
• Preparing purchase orders/forms for goods and services to be procured from suppliers,
• Establishing, developing, and implementing supplier obligations and service agreements,
• Procuring products and services from the right suppliers, under appropriate conditions, at competitive market prices, and in a timely manner in accordance with procurement policies and standards,
• Conducting supplier research and market analysis,
• Managing supplier relationships and ensuring sustainability of supplier management processes,
• Supporting departments in fulfilling their obligations toward suppliers and managing supplier performance,
• Reviewing technical and administrative specifications during pre-tender processes,
• Preparing tender documentation and tracking related documents during the tender phase,
• Managing end-to-end supplier contract processes.
